The Fund seeks to provide exposure to the S&P 500 Index, while limiting losses associated with S&P 500 Index performance to 10% and participating in S&P 500 Index gains at a declared rate, prior to taking into account any fees or expenses or the performance of any fixed income exposure included in the Funds portfolio, over a one-year period.
