FundWatcher has no accounts and does not ask you for personal information. This policy explains the limited technical data collected automatically when you visit, and the choices you have.

Who we are

FundWatcher (fundwatcher.app) is operated by DisclosureMap LLC ("DisclosureMap," "we," "us"). The Site presents mutual fund and ETF information derived from public U.S. SEC EDGAR filings. It is informational only, is not investment advice, and is not affiliated with the SEC. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the Site.

No accounts and no personal data you give us

FundWatcher has no user accounts, logins, or sign-up forms, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to browse it. We do not sell your personal information. The only information involved is the technical and usage data described below, which is collected automatically through our hosting provider and the third-party services we use.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically record standard technical log information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, referring pages, and the date and time of your request. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site and to understand aggregate traffic. These logs are retained only for a limited period.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, largely anonymous usage of the Site (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and usage data on our behalf to provide these measurements. We use this to improve the Site, not to identify you individually.

We use Google AdSense to display advertising, which helps keep FundWatcher free. FundWatcher is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative, and your information may be processed in the United States.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
