The Fund may from time to time emphasize one or more sectors in selecting its investments, such as the information technology sector. The Subadviser may consider, among other factors, a company's valuation, financial strength, growth potential, competitive position in its industry, projected future earnings, cash flows and dividends when deciding whether to buy or sell investments. The Subadviser typically may sell investments when it believes that they no longer offer attractive future returns compared with other investment opportunities or that they present undesirable risks or in an attempt to limit losses on investments that may decline or have declined in value.
