To the extent that the Funds ability to invest in any of the companies included in the S&P 500 Index is limited by applicable regulatory requirements, the Fund may invest in fewer than 500 companies, and may not be able to precisely replicate the performance of the S&P 500 Index. Additionally, in an attempt to replicate the performance of companies in which it may be unable to invest, the Fund may overweight certain holdings (relative to the S&P 500 Index) that have similar characteristics. The Funds passive equity process objective is to seek to remain fully invested in the equity market. To accomplish this, the Fund may hold a portion of its assets in unleveraged exchange-traded index futures contracts to equitize cash and cash equivalents in an attempt to maintain full exposure.
