Objective. Multi-Manager Growth Strategies Fund (the Fund) seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy. The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies believed to have the potential for long-term growth. The Fund may invest in U.S. and foreign securities, including emerging market securities. The Fund may invest in foreign securities directly or indirectly through depositary receipts. The Fund may from time to time emphasize one or more economic sectors in selecting its investments, including the consumer discretionary and information technology sectors. The Fund may also invest in exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
